1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the website at k2education.online, or by entering into an agreement for IT integration, Learning Management System (LMS) deployment, or teacher training with K2 Education Solutions ("we", "us", or "our"), you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are acting on behalf of an educational institution, you represent that you have the authority to bind said institution to these terms.

2. Description of Services

K2 Education operates exclusively as a Business-to-Business (B2B) service provider for schools and educational institutions. Our services include, but are not limited to:

• Installation and configuration of digital classroom infrastructure.
• Provision, licensing, and maintenance of cloud-based Learning Management Systems.
• Curriculum mapping and digital content provision aligned to specific educational boards.
• Professional development and pedagogical training for educators.

K2 Education does not act as an accredited educational board or university and does not grant degrees or diplomas directly to students.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All software, portals, digital curriculum content, training modules, and proprietary methodologies provided by K2 Education remain the exclusive intellectual property of K2 Education and its licensors. Partner institutions are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to utilize these tools solely for internal educational purposes during the term of their active contract.

Partner institutions may not copy, reverse-engineer, distribute, or resell our proprietary software or curriculum materials to third parties.

4. Institutional Obligations

To ensure the successful deployment of our services, partner schools agree to:

• Provide K2 Education personnel with necessary access to campus facilities and existing IT networks.
• Ensure that all institutional data provided for LMS integration is accurate and obtained legally.
• Facilitate the mandatory attendance of teachers and staff during scheduled K2 training sessions.
• Maintain the physical security of any hardware (e.g., Smart Panels) installed by K2 Education on campus premises.

5. Fees and Payment Terms

Pricing for software licensing, hardware deployment, and training services is established in customized Service Level Agreements (SLAs) directly between K2 Education and the partner institution. Failure to remit payment according to the agreed schedule may result in the suspension of LMS access, technical support, and content updates.

6. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services to any partner institution that breaches these Terms of Service or fails to fulfill payment obligations. Upon termination, the institution's license to use K2 proprietary software and curriculum materials will be immediately revoked, and the institution must cease all use of said materials.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and any separate B2B agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Gurugram, Haryana.
